In my work I combine insights and models of social psychology \/ NLP with the experience of my management practices. My approach is systemic and solution focused, always oriented on pragmatic success. From my business experience I know that coaching and personnel development measures have to pay off. You should therefore get a measurable result. Your feedback and a performance measurement after intervention constitute an important part of my work.<\/p>\n
