Coaching for female managers<\/h2>\n

Against the backdrop of the legislative initiatives (\u201cquota\u201d), more and more companies strive for a balanced gender balance in management.<\/p>\n

According to current statistics, women have the same level of education and management potential as their male counterparts. In day-to-day running, however, there are often falling cords, which lead to women\u2019s careers being stony and less successful. What can managers do to improve their career chances? What can business coaching bring to women?<\/p>\n

As managers, I support women to learn to deal with the male view in the management. From me you can get a pragmatic advice, a critical voice and new impulses. Through my psychological training and my long-term manager\u2019s experience, I know many leadership situations and know how women \/ men deal with it. Use my coaching for managers.<\/p>\n

I offer you coaching for guidance in German or English. Together we work out solutions for your very specific situation as a management woman. I would like to work in my offices in Cologne or in your company.<\/p>\n

Duration<\/strong>: 4-6 individual discussions, depending on the request<\/p>\n
