2. Measures and dates

Then a period of intensive engagement with your goals and measures will follow. I work with models and methods from systemic counseling, with personal and team coaching, as well as training sessions. A session normally lasts 2 hours. A prior agreed project schedule / coaching package has proven to be useful. We meet at a place that is convenient and easy to reach for you. This can be at my coaching rooms in Bonn Bad Godesberg or at your company. I also cooperate with business clubs (e.g. Rotonda Business Club, Cologne) and can use their premises in order to work in an undisturbed atmosphere.

3. Reflection and transfer to everyday life

To successfully integrate the coaching results in your everyday life, we will work together on your appropriate implementation strategy. Already at the beginning of our cooperation, we will make appointments for reflection and feedback. So I make sure that we “stay on course”.
