From my experience an honest and transparent communication in an early stage will help to get the buy in of all stakeholders. I offer professional reorientation / outplacement programs that allow a clear focus on caring for the future of your employees. Due to the modular structure of my program you have the opportunity to support your people optimally in the process of professional reorientation.

I offer coaching on leadership topics in German or English. Together we work out solution proposals for your very specific manager situation. The coaching takes place in my rooms in Cologne or in your company.
