What is mediation?

A balance of interest requires fair negotiation. Mediation helps you to solve the conflict. Mediation is a constructive, non-judicial form of conflict resolution between two or more parties. It works within companies / public organizations and between individuals. As a mediator I explore the interests of the parties and bring them into harmony. I work with engagement and creativity in order to get agreement on a fair solution for everyone involved.

My mediation usually takes place on “neutral ground”. It ends with a binding agreement between all parties.

I offer mediation on conflict topics either in German or English. Together we work out solution proposals for your very specific manager situation. The coaching takes place in my rooms in Cologne or in your company, if possible on “neutral” ground.
