Due to my organizational psychology (degree as a graduate psychologist and graduate student) and my many years as a managing director, I know a lot of leadership situations from my own experience.
I offer you coaching for guidance in German or English. Together we work out solutions for your very specific manager situation. I would like to work in my offices in Cologne or in your company.
