Coaching in companies
The success of companies depends on many factors, ultimately by the employees and their executives. Excellent executives are the guarantor of the company’s ability to compete in the competition. Conversely, companies are successful if the management team itself is successful.
The framework conditions for success change more and more quickly. Digitization and globalization are the dominant drivers of our economic and business development. Certainly believed business models are challenged by digitization; global teams overcome language and time barriers to work together through techniques like WebEx.
The competition for the largest management talents has long since begun, and companies have recognized the “war for talents” to continuously develop their managers and support them in a changing market environment.
This is where my coaching service comes into play. As a business coach, I am a “lawyer” for the further development of the competences of their management team and sparring partners of their management team in a rapidly changing market environment.

As a management coach, I support your leaders in successfully managing their own team and shaping change. In doing so, I take into account the respective strategy, market position and corporate culture of their company.

In addition to the individual level (individual coaching for executives), I look at the interaction with the company organization and the team (team coaching).
