But great successes are rarely the work of individuals. They are based on teamwork and cooperation. Achieving this requires a clear distribution of roles and tasks, a good communication culture and a suitable composition of the team. As an expert in team coaching, I work systemically and solution-oriented, helping you improve your team performance. Team compilations can be used as well as interviews or moderation techniques. Always empathetic, supportive and equitable.
I offer coaching on leadership topics either in German or English. Together we work out solution proposals for your very specific manager situation. I’m happy to work in my rooms in Cologne or in your company.
Duration: 3-5 sessions, Mix of team and one-on-one talks, depending on your request.
